Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Story Unfold. These terms govern your access to and use of our platform and services.
By accessing or using Story Unfold ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Story Unfold provides a platform for creating personalised wedding and event websites. Features include RSVP management, photo galleries, guestbooks, story chapters, and more. The Service is offered on Free, Standard, and Premium plans as described on our pricing page.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Standard and Premium plans require a one-time payment processed securely via Lemon Squeezy. All payments are in Philippine Peso (₱). Due to the digital nature of the Service, we do not offer refunds once a plan has been activated and the website has been published. If you experience a technical issue, please contact us and we will work to resolve it.
Free plan websites remain unpublished until you upgrade to a paid plan. Standard and Premium plan websites stay live indefinitely for as long as your account remains active. You may delete your event website at any time from the dashboard.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including photos, videos, text, and audio. By uploading content, you grant Story Unfold a limited licence to store and display that content solely for the purpose of operating your event website. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
You agree not to upload or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate them.
Your event website may be publicly accessible depending on your settings. The guestbook feature allows guests to submit messages and media. You are responsible for moderating guest submissions on your event. Guestbooks automatically close 90 days after the event date.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data as described therein. By using the Service, you consent to such processing. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service unavailability.
All templates, designs, code, and branding associated with Story Unfold are the intellectual property of Story Unfold. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Story Unfold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data may be deleted. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
